Tender Description
Sydney Trains is seeking proposals for supply and maintenance of a battery-operated electric road-rail shunting vehicle for moving dead sets within Hornsby Maintenance Centre (HMC).
The new shunting vehicle will replace the existing diesel shunting vehicle and be capable of shunting a 4 car or 8 car Oscar. Tenderers must proposed suitable vehicles to meet either option; however Sydney Trains will only purchase a single vehicle.
