Tender Description
The Department of Communities purchases services from the community services sector to support its mission of collaborating to create pathways that enable individual, family and community wellbeing.
To address increasing loneliness and social isolation and its impact on community wellbeing, the Department is seeking to engage Service Providers to undertake place-based, grass- roots community development practices to empower communities to be connected and inclusive places where people feel they belong, are valued and contribute. The Program will replace the Community Neighbourhood Development Services.
