Request for Proposal - Lease of Property - Cafe - South West Energy Experience - Manjimup Heritage Park

⁠⁠⁠​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Shire of Manjimup is seeking proposals for the lease of a commercial space with the Manjimup Heritage Park, Western Australia. The tenancy is within the proposed South West Energy Experience (café, museum and visitor centre).

Proposals are sought from suitable applicants to consider the operation of the new café within the South West Energy Experience.

Café fit out (and lease) is to commence in 2019 with an opening of the building including café in December 2019.

The proposal must be lodged by 3.00pm on Wednesday 11 July 2018.

Each proposal submission must be clearly marked noting its full title (including the Request for Proposal number) and delivered to the Tender box, Shire of Manjimup Administration Office, 37 - 39 Rose Street, Manjimup, posted to PO Box 1, Manjimup WA 6258, emailed to tenders@manjimup.wa.gov.au.
