Request for Tender for Disposition of Land by Commercial Lease - Kudardup Waste Transfer Station

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (the Shire) is inviting tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced waste management companies to occupy and lease the Kudardup Waste Transfer Station for a three (3) year term with possible two (2) year extension at the Principal’s discretion.

The details of the land proposed to be leased are Reserve 28928 being land under the care, control and management of the Shire located on Poole Road, Kudardup, specifically the Kudardup Waste Transfer Station (the Site). The intent of the proposed lease is for an appropriately qualified and experienced existing waste management company to be awarded exclusive access to the Site for their operations in exchange for maintaining the current waste transfer service currently provided to Shire ratepayers.

Submissions responding to the criteria within the Request for Tender are invited and should be submitted via email to amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au.

The deadline for submissions is 4pm on Wednesday 27 June 2018.
