18044 - Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the completion of air-conditioning rectification works at Council’s Administration Building, located at the corner of Bungil and Quintin Streets, Roma.
The works to be undertaken shall comprise of the manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commission and maintenance of the mechanical services to provide a sustained ambient working environment throughout the administration building. The administration office area comprises of the following areas main reception office, a number of open plan and self-contained offices as well as meeting and staff rooms.
All works under the contract are to be completed in a competent and professional manner by the contractor and in compliance with the Tender documents (including Specification).
