Expression of Interest for Land Use CT5794/420 (262 Sturt Road, Marion)

⁠⁠⁠The Request for Proposal (RFP) provides an opportunity for Council to seek innovative and holistic responses that consider alternative services, amenities and facilities at the site that will not only improve the health and wellbeing of the residents of the City of Marion but also complement the existing community facilities surrounding the site.

This could be achieved in variety of ways such as reactivating the existing amenities on the site or construction of new community/ recreational facilities (subject to Development Approval and community consultation process).

Council is seeking proposals for the future use of land at 262 Sturt Road, Marion which will be sustainable and achieve the following outcomes:

• Provide services, programs and activities for the community which are aligned with the Council’s vision and meet community needs
• Provide new infrastructure to the City of Marion
• Consider connections and/ or partnerships with the wider precinct e.g. Club Marion, South Australian Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Marion Cultural Centre,
