Eagle Junction State School - Building Contractor - Swimming Pool Changeroom Replacement (PQC rating Level 3)

Introduction
The University is seeking a case management solution to support processes that deal with the resolution of complex problems of a personal nature that require a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow, such as a complaint, or a decision that could proceed to external agencies. The solution is required to support the workflow, management, collaboration, storage of images and content, decision making, and processing of electronic files or cases.

The solution should also support segregation of case management by use of case types and roles, therefore enabling the system to be used across business units for a variety of case types without compromising the confidentiality and security of information. The solution will cater for case management of Student Complaints, Non-academic Misconduct and Non-Academic Misconduct Appeals, Student Review and Appeals, Academic Misconduct Cases, Student Health and Wellbeing Cases - Medical Leave, Student Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination and for Student Loans and Bursaries as well as being used more broadly across the institution if required.

The solution is to be implemented and deployed by the supplier, including training, support with forms and workflows.

For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please review the specification documents listed within.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for a building contractor to demolish and upgrade the pool canteen and change room facilities at Eagle Junction State School located 49 Roseby Avenue, Eagle Junction QLD 4011 (Brisbane Metropolitan Region).

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3.

The existing facilities have been deemed structurally inadequate and in need of immediate repair/rectification. Therefore, the following scope of works have been outlined:
Demolition:
* Demolish existing change rooms and chemical store
* Site establishment and hoardings
* Decommission Pool equipment (reuse where possible) and empty pool,
* Removal of Asbestos
* Demolition of the existing structure and footings
* Site preparation for construction

Building:
* Construct the doulble stoery base building structure and roof
* Fit out services to changerooms and maintenance rooms
* Fit out the rest of the building
* Commissioning of Services (incl. pool equipment)
* Fill pool and ensure its working correctly.
* Clean up and decant off site
* Extend existing services infrastructure to the new building, water, drainage, power, data, telecommunications, and electronic security including evacuation alarm, fire services and fire appliances access.
