Invitation for Expressions of Interest for the Provision of Payment Gateway Services

⁠⁠⁠The Reserve Bank provides transactional banking services to a number of Australian Government agencies and is seeking an alternate payment gateway provider to expand or complement its existing payment processing services and available payment methods. The Reserve Bank is a payment facilitator for the purpose of this EOI and requires, at minimum, the provision of integrated and non-integrated payments solutions using web-based and Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) payment channels to facilitate its Government EasyPay service.
