Tender Description
Is calling tenders of interested persons/companies to demolish/remove the existing Dance Studio and toilets block and bus shed at 303 Parker Street, Cootamundra 2590.
Tenders to include removal/demolition of existing buildings as specified including earthworks, plumbing, electrics and fittings.
Tenders to remove asbestos material by Authorised WorkCover personnel.
Site to be left free of any obstruction and top dressed with 150mm layer of compacted gravel/road base.
Proof of qualifications and insurance to accompany tender. General Site Safety Requirements to be observed.
