DPower and Water Corporation provides electricity transmission and distribution services to customers throughout the Northern Territory. The delivery of these electricity services is managed by a corporate EMS that is maintained by the Power Networks business unit. A primary user of the EMS is PWC’s System Control business unit who is responsible for operating the regulated electricity networks in the NT.

To improve business efficiency and service delivery, PWC has commenced the installation of an InService OMS) . System Control’s functional specification for this system requires the integration of real-time SCADA data to the OMS to provide the “as-switched” state of the network

The objective of this procurement is to provide real-time SCADA data from the existing e-terraplatform SCADA systems into the new Hexagon Outage Management System, InService, using the Inter Control Centre Protocol.
