Microfilm Scanning and Metadata Provision Services

⁠⁠⁠The Library is seeking qualified contractor(s) to provide microfilm scanning and metadata provision services for its project to digitise and deliver the content of over 10,000 microfilm reels of the Australian Joint Copying Project (AJCP) collection. The successful Tenderer(s) will supply digital images captured from the microfilm reels with associated metadata used for bulk uploading and online delivery.

The total number of images in this collection is estimated to be 5.8 million. The project is expected to be undertaken over multiple years, with a deadline for completion by June 2020.
