Fairfield City Council is seeking responses from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications / qualifications, achieve a high standard of capability and can deliver the best value for money.

Council is seeking a consultant to undertake a detailed Open Space and Community Facilities Needs Assessment for Fairfield Place as the area is proposed to have significant residential development over the next 20 years.

Fairfield Place is defined as the suburbs of Old Guildford, Yennora, Fairfield East, Villawood, Carramar, Fairfield, Fairfield Heights and Fairfield West.
