Shire of Kellerberrin: Construction of Two (2) Residences

⁠⁠⁠Shire of Kellerberrin (Shire) is seeking submission to construct two (2) x four bed, two bath dwellings on Lot 5, 72 Hammond Street Kellerberrin.

The Shire is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction of GROH housing.

Housing design:
* Standard housing construction methods as per GROH specifications; or,
* A modular, transportable product that meets GROH specification.

Construction will be as per Government Regional Officer's Housing (GROH) specifications, Southern areas accommodation standards for four bedroom houses.

All work to be carried out in accordance with National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards (AS), Manufactures Specification and Government Regional Officer's Housing (GROH) specifications.
