The City of Melville ("City") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply traffic management services within the City.

This Contract is for a one year period with three additional 12 month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City.

The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Services under the Contract.

In the past the City has required approximately 5,000 hours of traffic management but this is likely to fluctuate and the City makes no guarantee as to the amount of works that will be provided as part of this Contract.

The Contract excludes traffic management included as part of other works in separate contracts (present of future) or traffic management conducted directly by the City's own staff.

If the Contractor is unavailable for the requested timeframe, the City reserves the right to engage a contractor outside of this Contract to perform the works.
