Design and Construction of Tocumwal Splash Park Development

The scope of the project is the design and construction of a modern and functional facility generally in accordance with the draft plans prepared by Liesl Malan Landscape Architects and attached to this specification. The project will include all aspects of the splash park including water treatment with the exception of the building to house the water treatment plant. Tenderers shall advise of the space requirements for the water treatment plant as this building will be designed and constructed by others.

Perimeter paths for the splash park to be designed and constructed by others.

Shade structure including furniture and BBQ to be designed and constructed by others.

Project completion will occur when the new splash park is complete and suitable for public for operational use.

The scope consists of the consultation, design and construction of the facility to be undertaken in accordance with this specification.
