Tender Description
Invites Expressions of Interest for selection to tender for an upcoming project.
The project includes construction of a single storey Technology building (738 m2) incorporating Industrial Arts workshops, machinery preparation areas for Woodwork, Graphics, Robotics & Mechatronics with associated store rooms etc., theatrette & flexible learning area together with associated works and services. Relocation of an existing timber framed Manual Arts building (155 m2) is also included in the works.
Builders are to be experienced in this type of project and should include a list of similar recent work with referees and their phone numbers, value of projects, ability to meet construction deadlines, company profile and financial status.
