The Works include
HMAS Waterhen:
* Refurbishment of a storage space to include:
* New equipment racking;
* New benches and workshop areas;
* Minor building modifications such as new doors etc.;
* Adjustments to security systems;
* Electrical upgrades associated with above;
* Refurbishment of an office area to include
* New workstations;
* Associated electrical and ICT upgrades;
* Jervis Bay Range Facility (at HMAS Creswell)
* Refurbishment of existing hangar building to include:
* New furniture, fittings and equipment as required;
* Hydraulic services;
* Compressed air system adjustments;
* Electrical services to the building;
* Communications services to the building;
* Reconfigure existing alarm system to suit Zone 2 accreditation.
Upgrades of build fabric to meet security requirements.
