Tenders are invited by the Department of Health and Human Services for the provision of Health Activity Modelling and Forecasting Services. The successful Tenderer will be required to develop a comprehensive approach to the modelling of public hospital demand and supply scenarios based upon a detailed analysis of historical activity, costing and Tasmanian population age/sex/specialty specific trends - culminating in the development of a software tool for the modelling of alternate demand and supply scenarios. The modelling technique and Modelling Tool will provide the Department with a method for planning the future supply of public hospital services as well as to quantify the potential financial implications. In addition, support and maintenance services, training and development support will be required throughout the Contract Term.
