Sale of Property by Tender

⁠⁠⁠In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 tenders are called for the purchase of 29 Brown Street, Bencubbin.

Tenders closing at 12pm on Friday 1 June 2018 are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Tender MM03.17/18'. Tenders may be deposited in the Tender Box situated in the foyer of the Shire Office, Monger Street, Bencubbin, or posted to be received by the due date, to the Shire of Mt Marshall, PO Box 20, Bencubbin WA 6477.

Tenders received after the closing time/date, will not be considered. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or staff will disqualify.

Any questions are to be submitted in writing and written responses will be provided as well as being published on our website.
