EOIs are called from interested persons for appointment of a contractor to perform: Caretaking Functions (In particular: routine maintenance and gardening) for a 48 unit/ 7 level residential complex situated on the Gold Coast (Southern end).
Term of Appointment : Initially three (3) years commencing on 01/10/2018 (or by negotiation).
