Tender Description
Expressions of Interest Registered Commercial Builders Registered Commercial Builders with suitable experience are invited to register their interest in tendering for the above project. The project involves the demolition of two existing School Buildings and the construction of a new 300m2 one-storey Art & Design Innovation Block and a new 245m2 Administration Block & Associated External Works at Carinity Education - Rockhampton's Glenlee Campus. A limited number only of Contractors will be invited to tender on this project, the selection of which will be at the discretion of Carinity Education.
Tenders will be invited in July 2018, with construction scheduled from August 2018 to April 2019.
