Tender Description
Suitably qualified builders are invited to register their interest in submitting tenders for the following project:
New Preschool at Walcha, and demolition of existing Preschool, refer to attached drawings.
The floor area is approximately 400 sq. m. with 143 sq. m. of covered play space.
Builders expressing interest must submit information on their experience in construction of Preschools or similar buildings.
Qualified builders may be invited to submit tenders. Submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation to tender.
Prospective tenderers must register their interest to the Architects by Monday 21st May 2018.
