Tender Description
Energy Queensland Limited intends to enter into a contract with a fuel supplier who has/have demonstrated supply and logistical capability to align with Energy Queensland’s strategic plan for electricity generation in isolated communities.
The principal contractor will be responsible for the supply and delivery of Automotive Diesel and Lubricant Oil to Ergons remote Power Stations across Queensland. The contractor will maintain ownership and the subsequent liability for the fuel and lubricant oil until Energy Queensland takes possession at each generation site.
The scope of the work has been split into distinct separate parts.
Separate Part 1 - Supply & Delivery of automotive diesel fuels, by Barge and road to Ergon Energy Power Stations at Lockhart River, Thursday Island, Torres Straits Islands, Bamaga, Aurukun, Palm Island and Gununa.
Separate Part 2 - Supply & Delivery of automotive diesel fuels by Road to all Ergon Mainland remote Power Stations.
Separate Part 3 - Supply and Delivery of Lubricant Oil (Whole of Contract basis) to remote Power Stations.
Proposed term of contract is 5 years + 5x12 months extension commencing on: 1/12/2018.
