Tender Description
Kingborough Council seeks fixed-price quotations from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to complete the Works specified.
The Work Under Contract involves the development of a Playground space at Wells Parade, Blackmans Bay. The Work generally consists of but is not limited to the construction of concrete footpaths and slabs for installation of park furniture (ie, Benches, Shelters and Barbeques (supplied), together with associated electrical works, landscaping and provision of sand-based soft fall areas, drainage works, and tie-ins to existing surfaces.
