The Mackay Hospital and Health Service (MHHS) wishes to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Refurbishment of Clermont Hospital Staff Quarters, in accordance with the Conditions of Tender and Conditions of Contract for Medium Works.
Mandatory Requirement - Site Inspection:
It is a mandatory requirement that Tenderers inspect the site to ascertain the full extent of works as no additional costs will be approved for items not identified prior to commencement of works.
