Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the future management, operation and capital investment of Council's Guilderton Caravan Park (the Park) are invited from experienced Holiday Park Managers who can demonstrate the capability, business acumen and financial resources to provide such service and development.
In its capacity as Reserve Manager, Council is prepared to consider a range of options for the term of management and operational systems commensurate with the level of capital investment offer.
