Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works includes but is not limited to:

  • Site management, including obtaining all appropriate permits before undertaking work
  • Associated demolition works
  • New kerb and watertable
  • Reinstatement of pavement on the roadway and footpath
  • Installation of segmental pavers on cement treated and granular material base (or on a reinforced
  • concrete slab)
  • Installation of Planters
  • Supply and installation of soil, plants and trees
  • Installation of Bollards
  • Installation of Public Lighting and associated conduits
  • Trench grate and building stormwater connections
