Notice is hereby given, pursuant to By-law 63(1), that the below vehicles are offered for sale. Intending purchasers are required to lodge their offers in a sealed envelope marked 'Tender' in the tender box located in the Council Civic Centre foyer at 93 Todd Street, Alice Springs.

The vehicles will be sold for the highest offer received and all persons making an offer will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible after the closing date. Viewing of the vehicles will be undertaken only on weekdays between 5:00pm and 6:00pm, from Tuesday 8th May 2018 to Friday 11 May 2018, at the car compound Len Kittle Drive.

Tenders close at 5:00pm on Monday 14 May 2018. Successful tenders will be notified by mail. All vehicles must be paid for and removed within seven (7) days.

Important Note: Maximum of two (2) successful bids per person (each person is limited to obtaining two vehicles).
