Sale of Land: 93 Lord Street, Bassendean

⁠⁠⁠The Town of Bassendean is seeking Tenders for the outright purchase of either or both of the above two properties within the Town of Bassendean.

93 Lord Street Eden Hill (Lot 7557) - 845 square metres
The property is zoned residential with a split density code of R20/30 by the Town of Bassendean Local Planning Scheme No 10, and subject to Clause 5.3.1.2 of the Scheme may be sub-divided into two lots.

An electronic copy of the Tender documents may be obtained by sending an email with the subject heading “RFT CO 079 2017-18 Sale of Land: 93 Lord Street, Eden Hill” with their company name, contact person, and contact phone number within the email to bgiorgi@cartergiorgi.com.au.

Tender closes 11.00am, Friday 1st June 2018.

Tender Documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked either “RFT CO 079 2017-18 Sale of Land: 93 Lord Street, Bassendean”, and either:
1. Delivered by hand to the Council’s Tender Box located in the Town’s Customer Service Centre, 35 Old Perth Road, Bassendean; or
2. Mailed to Chief Executive Officer, Town of Bassendean, PO Box 87, Bassendean, WA 6934.

Electronic mail and Facsimile Tenders will not be accepted. Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
