The Dorrigo Memorial RSL & Golf Club is seeking expressions from professionals top operate under licence the club's bistro and general catering.
The bistro seats 55 people and has a well-equipped commercial kitchen. The club operates 7 days per week and it is expected that the bistro would be open for dinner on a minimum of 5 nights and 5 lunches. The successful applicant can expect excellent terms.
The successful applicant would be able to:
* provide a suitable menu to promote return business from members and visitors
* work with the board and management to satisfy the requirements of our regular function groups
* enhance and promote the club's family and memorial atmosphere
* be able to increase and attract a grater clientele to suit the club and business.
