The proposed contract will operate with a Head Agreement (standing offer arrangement) with a potential term of up to five (5) years. Orders (Customer Contracts) will be placed for the required Products and Services.

The successful Respondent(s) will be required to provide:
* The supply of the ‘Mitsubishi TL3000 Thermal Paper’ rolls;
* The supply of fit for purpose paper suitable for playslips;
* The supply of an alternate thermal paper as contingency to the supply of thermal paper rolls if required;
* The provision of printing services for the application of specific Lotterywest artwork and ticket information on the offered paper types;
* Packaging of products; and
* Suitable storage and delivery to Lotterywest’s central distribution warehouse.

Compliance with the technical specifications for the supply of thermal paper rolls and playslips is critical to the successful operation of the gaming terminals throughout Lotterywest’s network of independently licensed retailers.

Lotterywest reserve the right to award up to two (2) separate contracts for the respective supply of thermal paper rolls (including alternate thermal paper) and playslips where a greater value for money outcome is identified on this basis through the procurement process.
