Pre-Employment Assessments

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations interested and able to provide pre-employment medical and functional assessments to Council.

Given that the pre-employment medical and functional forms part of Council’s recruitment process, it is essential that the service provider is willing and able to meet a Service Level Agreement with Council. The Service Level Agreement would need to contain the following terms:
* A commitment of an appointment for candidates within 1 working day of the appointment being requested (with the explicit understanding that this Service Level will be compromised by applicant availability to attend the appointment within 1 working day)
* A turnaround time of 1 working day from the time of the appointment, to the time the report is completed and returned to Council.

On engagement, the successful service provider will also be required to work with Council to:
* Review of current physical work demands and category of pre-employment assessment
* Review and development of the functional assessment testing criteria
* Review and development of the functional assessment reportin
