Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money for the provision of Trades and Services
Council will establish a panel of pre-qualified trades and service providers to meet the requirements for the following areas:
* Brick Block Laying Services
* Cabinet Making and Joinery
* Carpenters
* Demolition & Asbestos Removal Services
* Electrical Services
* Fencing Services
* Floor Covering Services
* Glazing
* Metal Fabrication
* Painting and Decorating Services
* Plastering Services
* Plumbers and Gas Fitting Services
* Rendering Services
* Roofing Services
* Tiling Services
* Water Proofing
Council currently executes these work requirements using in-house labour and contractors. As part of this requirement, Council seeks excellent service, a strong commitment to provide optimum results and best value for money in undertaking the work.
