TasNetworks offer this invitation to provide a Request for Tender (RFT) for the Provision of Height Safety Equipment Testing and Maintenance Services State-wide.

TasNetworks currently have five (5) sites, four (4) in Hobart and one (1) in Launceston that have a requirement for inspection and testing of Height Safety Equipment bi-annually (every 6 months). TasNetworks wishes to enter into one state-wide contract.

The successful Supplier must be able to conduct:
* Visual inspection of all ladders, anchor points and other equipment;
* Load Testing of anchor points; and
* Harness and Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) inspections.

The Supplier (and any sub-contractors) will need to ensure that current licenses and qualifications are in place and are maintained to undertake inspections and services while on TasNetworks sites.

Ensure in your Tender submission you include the completed signed Tenderer's Declaration Form included in the tender pack, the Schedule or Rates (pricing schedule) and completed Capability Statement along with any other supporting documentation requested.

Responses are requested in Portable Document Format (PDF) or Word format and must be lodged in the Tenderlink electronic tender box that is set up for this RFT by the closing time 2:00pm Monday 14th May 2018.
