Catering and Cafe Services

To operate the Trim Cafe and provide on-site catering services for functions withn the State Library of NSW, for a three year period with an option for a further two years.

The Trim Cafe is a 55 seat cafe located on the ground floor of the Macquarie Building.

There are multiple function rooms available for use at the Library and typical events include Catering functions include Seminars and Conferences, Wedding Receptions and Dinners and Cocktails.

Respondents must be able to provide:
* Necessary insurances
* Required licenses
* Demonstration of financial capacity and stability
