Design and Construction of Armadale Road to North Lake Bridge

⁠⁠⁠Brief Description of Works: The project scope includes (but not limited) to the following:
* Construction of a bridge over Kwinana Freeway connecting Armadale Road to North Lake Road.
* North-facing on/off freeway ramps and Kwinana Fwy southbound two lane collector distributor road from Berrigan Drive to Armadale Road.
* Modifications of the existing intersection at Midgegooroo Avenue and North Lake Road.
* Grade separated roundabouts at Armadale Rd / Solomon Rd & Armadale Rd / Tapper Rd intersections (options to be looked at are elevated roadway / combination of duck and dive intersection and elevated roadway)
* Two lane vehicle underpass into PTA car park North Lake Road
* At grade left in/left out intersections at Verde Drive east end (PTA parking), Knock Place and Lot 1 on Armadale Road.
* Verde Drive stub with left in left out

“The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code) applies to the building work associated with this project. By submitting an expression of interest in, or tender for, this project, you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016. Refer to the Building Code at employment.gov.au/building-code for further information.”

“It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2016, at the time of the RFP closing for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.

Tenderers intending to submit a bid as a Joint Venture must review the additional requirements as outlined by Section 26(1)(f) of the Fair Work (Building Industry - Accreditation Scheme) Regulation 2016 by the Federal Safety Commission (located at http://www.fsc.gov.au).”
