Project: Water Corporation Margaret River Depot Redevelopment.

Kiddle Constructions Pty Ltd is tendering for the above project. We invite you to supply us with a quotation to carry out works as per the attached Drawings and Specifications. We require the price by no later than close of business, Tuesday, 8th May 2018.

Site Requirement
All persons must arrive to site with a Construction Industry White/Blue Card.

All persons must arrive to site with evidence of their current Water Corporation Induction.

A copy of Induction Cards or Certificates must be sent through to admin@kiddleconstructions.com.au before commencement on site.

All contractors will adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996 on all Water Corporation sites. When working on all Water Corporation sites, contractors will abide by the Water Corporation's Occupational Health and Safety Handbook for Contractors.

All persons must provide evidence of competency e.g. High Risk Work Licenses and operator training.

All contractors will be required to attend the Kiddle Constructions (KC) Project Induction upon arrival to site. Where this will be large numbers a suitable time must be agreed with KC Project Management.

Persons visiting the site will be given a visitors site induction.

All employees, contractors, delivery drivers, designers, managers and others must be wearing the mandatory PPE which is as a minimum
Long Sleeved high visibility shirt;
Long work pants;
Steel toe or equivalent work boots;
Hard hat with brim or rear flap;
Safety glasses must be worn and
Gloves carried on the person.

A suitable Safe Working Method Statement or Job Safety Analysis must be provided prior to the commencement of work and should be supported by relevant Safe Work Procedures and other documentation. The SWMS and JSA must be specific to the work being undertaken on the project.

All safety equipment must be available upon arrival to site, such as:
* Appropriate signage;
* Appropriate working platforms;
* All necessary Personal Protective Equipment;
* All electrical and lifting equipment must be tagged with the appropriate colour coded tags
* All contractors' employees are required to attend a pre-start meeting at the agreed time and sign to acknowledge their attendance.
* All persons attending site must sign in on the project register daily
* All contractors employees shall adhere to the Site Rules and other site requirements at all times, failing to do so will result in removal from site.

Any costs incurred by KC through the failure of contractors to adhere to the above requirements will be charged back to the contractor.

The above conditions and requirements have been established to ensure Kiddle Constructions projects provide a Low Risk, quality work environment for all and to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Your full co-operation and compliance is appreciated.
