Tender Description
The Contractor will be required to facilitate and assist the Principal in achieving its vision for Tonsley through proper management of its tenants, whilst also acting at all times in the best interests of Principal and achieving the following goals:
1. Enhancing the value of the assets under management,
2. Maximizing the net income from the assets, both in the short and longer term,
3. Minimizing Principal’s exposure to risk by adopting good risk management practices, and
4. Manage assets and leases in a manner consistent with broader development objectives of Principal and the Tonsley Project.
The Assets within the Tonsley District are currently divided into three properties. Separate budgeting and reporting is undertaken for all three properties. The scope of services must be provided on this basis, noting that the number of properties may increase during the term at the discretion of Principal.
