The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Design Consultancy Services for a new City Centre Playground at Cook & Phillip Park.

The City of Sydney ('the City') is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant team to deliver a creative and inclusive play space at Cook and Phillip Park. The project seeks to provide an important new play space for City of Sydney residents and visitors, activate the Park and address an undersupply of child-inclusive places in the city.

The new playground will be safe, inclusive, playful and educational and encourage children to be physically active and explore their environment. The core play area will cater for up to 300 children at any one time.

There is an opportunity to provide diverse and explorative play experiences dynamic, exploratory, social and imaginative and cater for a range of people of all ages with diverse backgrounds and experiences, in a convenient and accessible location.
