Goonda State School - Building Contractor - New General Learning Area (GLA) Classroom Building

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submission for a new General Learning Area (GLA) Classroom Building at Goodna State School, located at 1 Albert Street, Goodna QLD 4300 (Brisbane Region).

Tender submissions will only be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3.

Important: A compulsory site visit at Goodna State School is scheduled for Tuesday, 1 May, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. All contractors are to sign in at the Administration Block upon arrival.

Submissions close on 11 May 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Donald Cant Watts Corke (DCWC), Level 11, 340 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000.

Important: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
