The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking expressions of interest from the Digital Marketplace Panel for a contractor to be involved in delivering, creating and managing services in a cloud environment.
You will be working with an existing team including developers, other site site reliability engineers and technical specialists.
The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will work in a multidisciplinary team to update, build and maintain the DTA’s Cloud Platform. Managing the DTA’s AWS and our Cloud foundry environments as well as working with developers to design and build systems and processes to make our CI/CD pipeline, logging, monitoring and environment automation better. As part of the role, development and modification of applications is required so experience with programming languages is essential.
This role gives the SRE the freedom to make technical decisions on behalf of the DTA. You will spike ideas to solve problems utilising modern technologies and tools.
