Chevron Australia is seeking expression of interest (EOI) from service providers to provide offsite fabrication services for Gorgon, Wheatstone and Barrow Island Oilfield facilities in accordance with Company specifications, industry, national and international, codes and standards.
The Fabrication Services scope includes:
1) Procurement of piping, pipeline and related components;
2) Fabrication of piping and pipeline spools;
3) Fabrication of structural components (including but not limited to pipe supports, walkways and platforms);
4) Surface preparation and coating (internal) (as applicable) of the above items;
5) Surface preparation and coating (external) of the above items;
6) Performance and documenting of non-destructive testing of the above;
7) Performance and documenting of dimensional survey of the above;
8) Packing per quarantine requirements (including but not limited to fumigation), preservation and laydown of the above items;
9) Preparation of schedules and progress reporting; and
10) Possible design/engineering work.
