Tender Description

Modify an existing accessible toilet to comply with AS1428.1-2009.

Comply with Performance solution issued by access consultant
* Demolition of some internal walls
* Re-locating plumbing including installation of new WC pan & hand basin
* Install compliant backrest to the WC
* Installation of compliant grabrails
* Re-Tiling walls & floors
* Installing a new compliant cavity sliding door/ door hardware as per architectural plans.
* Re-locating an existing cleaners cupboard with sink to another location.
* Accessible signage to be provided.
* Minor electrical works.
