Tender Description
To provide employee assistance services to City of Launceston employees and their immediate family.
The service will be open, positive and focused on helping individuals manage their situations well, with the least amount of negative impact on themselves and their families. Ultimately the program will support healthy work and life balance, helping the individual maintain positive routines at home and in the workplace.
The program will include post incident response when requested, whether in the workplace or at home and providing timely advice to departments to assist individuals. We would also be interested in engaging a provider who alongside the traditional EAP offering is able to offer services for our people to access in the preventative/ proactive space. That is, before the issue escalated into one that needs to be specifically counselled, our employees are able to access some general life coaching/ support.
The term of the contract will initially be 1 year with the option for a 3 year extension. We are asking providers to price a full service model and stipulate what is involved in this service (Section C) we are also calling for alternative pricing models to be supplied that you may have used with other organisations.
