Tender Description
Submissions are invited by Powerlink Queensland (hereinafter referred to as Powerlink) for Registration of Interest (ROI) for the provision of network equipment consolidation (PDH, SDH, MPLS networks).
This ROI is focused on the functionality of equipment, and not on supplier capability and performance. As a result, Powerlink will only accept responses to this ROI from the following entities:
* Equipment manufacturers;
* Suppliers who provide written confirmation from the equipment manufacturer that they are the sole distributor of that equipment in Australia or Queensland; and
* Suppliers who provide written confirmation from the equipment manufacturer that the supplier has been authorised by the manufacturer to respond on behalf of the manufacturer for the purposes of this ROI. Only one supplier per manufacturer may be authorised.
The inclusion of a specific supplier nominated by the manufacturer for this ROI does not exclude other authorised suppliers of the equipment from any possible future procurement activity associated with this ROI.
