Services for Employee Assistance Program

⁠⁠⁠Northern Beaches Council Tender RFT 2018/058 Services for Employee Assistance Program.

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The tenderer is required to be a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australasia (Inc) EAPAA.

The Employee Assistance program is to provide Counselling, Support and Referral Services twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred and sixty five days (365) a year to Council's 1800 employees, approximately one thousand (1000) Volunteers and other stakeholders at the discretion of Council.

The provision of services requires the Tenderer to provide one hundred and eighty (180) hours of face-to-face counselling per annum. Council reserves the right to utilise other services provided by the Tenderer, i.e. training, for any of the remaining hours not used.

The Contract term will be made up of an initial three (3) year period with two (2) optional extensions of one (1) year each at Council's sole discretion.

The services are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
