Expression of Interest Embroidery and Fitting Services for Mwrc Library and Customer Service Staff Uniform

⁠⁠⁠Mid-Western Regional Council is working towards the roll out of a new uniform for Library and Customer Service Staff.

Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from individuals or businesses capable of providing fitting and embroidery services for around 50 staff initially and 10 new starters annually, along with top up requests for staff. Council would require the successful candidate to have available set stock which would be used for fitting a selection of uniform items to all relevant Council staff. Note, this ‘fitting’ stock levels will be purchased by MWRC in order to assist in the ordering process for staff.

In addition, embroidery work will need to be administered when the ordered items of clothing have been received. Fitting should be available from:
* Mondays to Fridays, from 9am - 5pm and; preferably (but not essential)
* Saturday mornings from 9am - 12noon

EOI should include a business overview, fee proposal for the embroidery and fitting services provided per garment. Any relevant experience in fitting and embroidery will be highly regarded.

EOIs should be addressed to the General Manager and will be accepted by Friday 20 April 2018. Any or all EOIs will not necessarily be accepted.

Once the successful applicant has been appointed a Memorandum of Understanding will be prepared and agreed upon.
