Tender Description
ICP - 02.2 - Murphy’s Pub, Design and Construction of Jacking, Underpinning and Foundation Works works.
The works include but are not limited to:
* Provision of all design, documentation, construction, certification and approvals to complete the works
* Stabilisation of the existing ground material by engineered means
* Stabilisation of existing structure by engineered means including shoring, piers, jacking, underpinning, retaining structures etc.
* Reinstatement of building floor slabs and drainage
