Tender Description
The successful supplier, selected at the conclusion of this EOI and subsequent tender, must be capable of supplying two (2) 1.5MVA substations for underground hard rock mining application, including manufacture/assembly, works testing, packing and delivery of:
* Skid base frame.
* 11kV, 250A Lucy Sabre Ring Main Unit consisting of 2 cable switches and 1 tee circuit breaker.
* 1.5MVA 11/1kV transformer complete with 5A neutral earthing resistor.
* 1000V, 1000A, 18kA/1s distribution board inclusive of 1 x 800A main incomer, 8 x 400A circuit breakers, 5 x 125A circuit breakers and 1 x 50A circuit breaker. The incomer shall include earth leakage protection and a power quality meter.
* 1000/230V 5kVA isolation transformer and associated 230V distribution board with 10 sub circuits.
* All connecting cables and bus bars.
* A main earth bar.
* Delivered to the Location of Delivery by the Target Delivery Date.
* All drawings, instruction manuals and QA documentation must be provided with the equipment supply.
