Beenleigh State High School - Building Contractor - New Learning Centre (PQC Level 3)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for a New Learning Centre at Beenleigh State High School located at 40 Alamein Street, Beenleigh QLD 4207 (South East Queensland Region).

Tender submissions will only be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3.

Important: a mandatory site visit has been organised for Thursday, 19 April at 10:00 am at Beenleigh State High School. All contractors must sign in at the Administration Block upon arrival.

Submissions close on 11 May 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at The Queensland Government Tender Box, c/o Decipha Pty Ltd. 2 Duncan St West End QLD 4101.

Important: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
